We are looking for stories from around the globe. Although we're headquartered in the United States...this is not just about U.S. stories. We want a global audience...with global stories. If you live in Thailand and have always dreamed of taking a Journey Of A Lifetime to Germany...tell us why your story deserves to be selected as one of our episodes.

If you think you might have a story...send it to us, you never know...it may just be the "one" that triggers the imagination.

We're looking for young adults who can tell us about their desired Journey Of A Lifetime, a story that tugs at the heart. We are seeking to highlight personalized stories which could include emotional tearjerker reunions about reconnecting across the globe with someone who greatly impacted your life, or a soldier who was wounded in Iraq who wants to place a memorial where a fellow soldier has fallen. It might be an amazing reunion about connecting a young person and their family with their heritage across continents. It could be a struggling fashion designer who has always wanted to visit Fashion Week in Milan, Italy, or a Nascar fan who could dream of nothing more exciting than seeing the Monaco Grand Prix. If you have a child-like fascination with the famous Inca citadel of Machupichu and Cusco, that mythical capital of the Inca Empire, it's your personal description of why that would be your Journey Of A Lifetime that we want. We want to help tell stories packed full of personal memories built on historical moments enabled by travel. Tell us why you deserve to go and how it would change your life if you were chosen. We're hoping that by taking the winner on their desired Journey Of A Lifetime, it will lead to life impacting self-discovery.

In the event your Journey Of A Lifetime story is selected, we will deliver your story to our global audience through our broadband channel in the way this generation uses the Internet to receive its content. When casting our show we look for stories that connect people across continents in an inspirational and unique manner. The casting process requires completion of our application as well as submission of a video describing your compelling story. We require that all applications include a video, which can be sent to us in several ways, most efficiently by being posted to YouTube.

To help you along with the application process for potentially winning the opportunity to travel with Journey Of A Lifetime, we’ve created a simple set of instructions and guidelines for submitting your application and for making a casting video.

1.First off, you should relax and have fun with us!
2.Read and understand our eligibility requirements and video requirements.
3.You’ll need to be registered online with Journey Of A Lifetime, which you can do here.
4.Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email that also includes our Application Release Agreement, which you need to print, sign (or have a parent or guardian sign if you’re under 18) and mail to:

5.Create your video (check out our basic camera tips and a sample story for help).
6.Submit your video either directly on this site, or embed your video through a video embedded from YouTube (or other video sharing social networking site) or via Snail Mail (tape, CD, or DVD). We prefer that you take advantage of the convenience of submitting your video directly on our site and then make sure to go to your MyJOAL page on this site and provide your friends and family the URL for your video.
7.Keep your fingers crossed — you may be going on your own “Journey Of A Lifetime”!

WE WANT YOUR INTERNATIONAL STORY...We're looking for young adults who can tell us about their desired Journey Of A Lifetime, a story that tugs at the heart.

If money were no object, and you were given a week long, all-expense paid journey...where would your story take you? When you close your eyes and dream about a place...where are you?

In this hour-long Internet reality series, our show will award young adults with trips abroad that will enrich their lives culturally and emotionally.

Our show is about impacting lives...one journey at a time. We're going to be shooting a pilot episode in the very near future, and your story could be the one. We're looking for contestants who want to win their own Journey of a Lifetime. It is a reality TV travel entertainment show, more about the people who are taking their journey of a lifetime and the relationship aspect, but set against whatever geographic backdrop we're thrown into. If you get a chance, we've got some videos here to give you some ideas about the show and we'd love to get your rap on our videos.
